SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
All products are printed on demand and dispatched by our fulfilment partner, Printful. Orders are typically submitted for production within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Production takes approximately 2–5 business days before dispatch.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- United States: 5–8 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy periods such as holidays.
Checkout
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times for your specific location will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, DHL, or other carriers depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided where available.
Local Fulfilment
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, orders are fulfilled from the production facility closest to your location. Customers in the UK and Europe will typically have their orders produced and dispatched from our European facility, while US customers are fulfilled domestically. This means shorter delivery times and, in many cases, no customs duties or import taxes for UK and European customers.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over customs processes and cannot predict any associated charges or delays.
